We Scribe It offers very competitive pricing to help our clients save. Using our service enables you to free up your in-house staff for other projects, in return saving you up to 40% in overhead costs.
The rates are distinguished by what type of account you selected when registering or what type of file you submit. If you will be using legal or medical terminology, you should select the appropriate account type upon registration and/or when uploading a file for transcription.

These are actual figures from real files that have been completed by WeScribeIt. It provides you with an idea of how our prices compare to those that are different than ours. These cases are based on a general one speaker file. This comparison shows both sides of the spectrum, a faster speaker and a slower speaker.
Wordcount
The word count for each completed job is determined by the word processing software that is used to complete that job (i.e. Word, WordPerfect, Rich Text). There is a 150 word minimum per job.
Billing
We Scribe It does process billing 2 to 4 times per month. The credit card information that you have on file, at the time of billing, will be the information that is used to process your pending charges. Generally, billing will be done weekly.
We offer detailed billing in which you are able to access at any time by logging into your account and clicking on Payments. You are able to see a breakdown of what jobs were billed during which billing period as well as any billing references you included for any files completed.
