Protecting your privacy is very important to us. We hope the following statement will help you understand how We Scribe It collects, uses, and safeguards the personal information you provide to us on our website.
The information we receive from you will only be used to complete transactions that were submitted with your personal identification number. It will not be shared with other companies or any other persons other than the We Scribe It staff and Authorize.net. We will not disclose personal information to a third-party for marketing information unless written authorization from the client is given and that authorization may be revoked as provided by law.
We use SSL Protocol that encrypts personal information being transferred over the Internet. As well we have all our typists read, sign, and agree to a Confidentiality Agreement to keep all information that is transcribed confident. We carefully select our personnel and typists.
We Scribe It will make every effort possible to protect the privacy and confidentiality of all client personal information against inappropriate or unauthorized use and disclosure, as required by law.
